After working from 6am-5pm, I headed to 24 hour fitness. Today was my cardio day, and Seth, my personal trainer, or rather my personal motivator, told me yesterday to do 30 minutes of cardio today. I did 15 minutes on the treadmill, increasing the speed by .5 every 2.5 minutes. After I got a sweat and my heart pumping, I decided to hit the ellipticals for the other 15 minutes and increasing the resistance 1 level every 2.5 minutes. After the workout, I stopped by the desk w/ Alison, one of the 24 hour representatives that coincidentally stopped by Jason's Deli, my work, for lunch and after work, helped me get started. So at the desk I bought FIT Light Reduced Calorie Meal Replacement, or in other words a protein shake. The reason why I decided to get his was because I always skipped breakfast, and this way I can get the protein I need for the day, as well as the protein I will need after my weight training days. I also purchased a 24 hour fitness bottle w/ cap to shake the protein shake. [because stirring it with a spoon will just give you clumps.]
