Music. That is the one thing I think helps you do cardio for a long period of time. I think it is the reason for some motivation as well as thought provoking ideas. I just got off of work and I am heading to the gym.....after my mp3 player charges.
-Changes to my post topics and layouts-
usually I have some sort of splurge of health and wellness knowledge and now, I have been sha-lackin'. So what I figured is that I wanted this blog to discuss my journey in losing weight and a health tip to better one's health and wellness. the tips usually comes from the things I experience that day. So I will continue to do so as time goes on, or basically, every once in a while I will post a tip.
