The Goal

After losing a significant amount of weight, I have gained 1/3 of it back. It's my goal to lose the weight and keep it off. I want to also find myself in the process and to develop a healthy lifestyle.

Day 59

bad day, good day. I was 45 minutes late for work. I only ate once today at 2. workout was great. but right now I have a serious stomach ache. [oi] Today I purchased 20 training sessions that will last me until November, and tomorrow is my last day at work and my first day at my new work. I also have made it to the wall of achievement at the gym. how exciting. until tomorrow, have a good evening.
