The Goal

After losing a significant amount of weight, I have gained 1/3 of it back. It's my goal to lose the weight and keep it off. I want to also find myself in the process and to develop a healthy lifestyle.

Day 70

So today was quite an interesting day. I went to work out before work and did the weight loss program on the ellipticals. Work went well, was kind of slow, and after work I went and did Cardio again same program before work. Is that good or rather detrimental to doing Cardio for the day? That was pretty much it. More tomorrow.
