The Goal

After losing a significant amount of weight, I have gained 1/3 of it back. It's my goal to lose the weight and keep it off. I want to also find myself in the process and to develop a healthy lifestyle.

Day 69

Woke up. Had Cereal. Went to the grocery store. Had a sandwich w/ veggies and a glass of V8 Fusion. Went to work out w/ Seth. Home. My day has been really uneventful, but tonight I am going to try and figure out my schedule for the next couple of months and make it work. I'm hoping it all goes smoothly like this summer. Work > Working Out > School. Now I am trying to incorporate it all in one week. This is what I am thinking about.

Monday - School, Rest Day
Tuesday - Work out w/ Seth, School
Wednesday - School, Cardio
Thursday - Work out w/ Seth, Work
Friday - Work, Cardio
Saturday - Work, Workout
Sunday - Work, Cardio

That will start in two weeks, and we will see how that goes.
