The Goal

After losing a significant amount of weight, I have gained 1/3 of it back. It's my goal to lose the weight and keep it off. I want to also find myself in the process and to develop a healthy lifestyle.

Day 66 & Day 67

Yesterday was quite a long day at work from 10:30am - 10:00pm. My back was hurting after work, I was just glad I had a chance to at least sit in my car during one of my breaks. After work I did cardio w/ Reyes, 15 minutes on the Treadmill, 15 minutes on the Ellipticals, and the rest on the Rowing Machine. I was beat. Did some core workout towards the end on the dreaded swiss ball, and headed out afterwards. I wasn't feeling to hot afterwards, most likely because I didn't eat....all....day...so I did what I thought was the best thing for me at that time, and it was to go get some "healthy" McDonald's. Today is my rest day, and also my day off. So I will now relax, veg out a little bit, and maybe go to the park.

Quick Tip of the Day: V8 Fusion and Smoothies!

A great way to get a daily serving of fruits and veggies with some great taste is by getting V8 Fusion. Doesn't taste that bad and really cheap and convenient. If you do have the time and money, you can get fresh fruit, veggies, and make your own smoothie for the day!
