The Goal
After losing a significant amount of weight, I have gained 1/3 of it back. It's my goal to lose the weight and keep it off. I want to also find myself in the process and to develop a healthy lifestyle.

Day 101, Day 102, & Day 103
After my 100th day, I've been doing well and working out, got my new kicks, music, and ready to hit the world running, literally, I was running everywhere I went. Although today during training, I vomited, having not eaten any breakfast, and being light headed and dizzy. Seth is now 3-0. So now I will rest, and on Thursday, when I don't have my training session with Seth, I am going to see how far I can go walking/running the actual 10K that is in December.

Dude you look great. I'll bet you could even climb that mountain at Big Bend now.
I'm so proud of you and I pray for your steadfastness to accomplish your goals. You do have it in you to run whatever race you want and it is good to see in such a good guy. Keep up the good work.
