The Goal

After losing a significant amount of weight, I have gained 1/3 of it back. It's my goal to lose the weight and keep it off. I want to also find myself in the process and to develop a healthy lifestyle.

New Year, New Protein, New Workout, New Me.

It has been pretty hectic since the new year started and I am seeing so many things change right before my eyes. New people in my life, new friends, and reconnections from the past. As far as my workouts and weight loss goals, I am currently 185lbs and five lbs away from my goal. I have started a new work out with Seth to build muscle and strength. I am going to try to update more and more, but eventually this blog will end and a new blog will emerge. Thanks to everyone who reads my blog from time to time. I hope someone does read this thing.

Work and Schedule.

So since my last post, I have been working almost every day from 1230-9pm and sometimes later than that. I am having a hard time figuring out my workout schedule as well as my eating schedule. I will eventually figure it out in time, but for right now, I am struggling.
